Mooncakes are a traditional cake usually eaten during Mid-Autumn Festival.

There are numerous varieties.

Valentina, one of our members, will kindly teach us how make the cooked version of the mooncakes at home. We will prepare two fillings, one consisting of red bean paste and the other of sesame paste.

Details will follow closer to the date.
